The commission will begin once payment has been made in full.

Commissions of or 60 USD or more can be paid 50% upfront and 50% upon completion. However, this depends entirely on the client.

If your payment is through Paypal you must pay a transaction fee of 6.6%

I work in order of payment, if you paid first, your order will be first. You can check your position or status in Order List.

I have a fairly experimental style so from time to time some details or finishes may vary.

I have the right to reject your commission if I do not feel comfortable with it.

Your commission can be used/published on any of my social networks or as an example for my portfolio for future work. If you want it to be a completely private commission there will be a surcharge of 10% of the price. (If this is not clarified I will publish the process and final result of the drawing!).

All my commissions have a signature and it is completely FORBIDDEN to delete it in any way.

For orders that include fanart, Rory will be able to reuse them to make products for my brand after 15 days after delivery. If you want exclusivity you must pay a surcharge.

Rory retains all rights to the work.

You will always have to credit and tag Rorysaurio every time he posts his commission online.

Wips at each stage (sketch, lineart, base color or any time I need your opinion to continue.) I appreciate your feedback as soon as possible!

3 changes before base color free of charge. Modifications or additions in subsequent stages will cost a surcharge of the total price (or more depending on the complexity).

Regarding the previous point, free changes only apply in situations such as: ✦ I forget something. ✦I did something wrong or different from what was agreed. ✦You asked me for a specific color and I used a different one.

If the commission was not initiated, a full refund is possible.

If the commission is started, a partial refund may be given.

If the commission is already completed, it is not possible to give a refund.

Delivery can vary from a week to a month or more. depending on your position in the order list and the type of commission requested.

Due to events and other personal obligations, delivery time may be postponed. However, this will be communicated to the client and/or updated through my social networks.

The client can set a deadline while the commission is negotiated.

If the period of the requested date is very short or tight, an extra charge will be charged to the total price of the commission.
